This website is operated by Diana Villegas Photographer. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Diana Villegas Photographer.

By visiting our website and/or booking a session, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide photography services including newborn, maternity, family, and other sessions as listed on the website.

Sessions may take place under the following modalities:

  • At-Home

  • Studio

  • On-Location

2. Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed once a payment is received.

If the booking was made with a reservation fee, the remaining balance must be paid on the day of the session.

If the product is offered as a bundle, payment in installments may be available.

All prices are listed in CAD and do not include taxes, which will be added at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods: Shopify Payments.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information

  • Arrive on time

  • Please ensure access to the session location (for at-home sessions) and provide an available parking space.

4. Artistic Style

By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept the photographer’s artistic style and editing approach.

5. Image Delivery

Images will be delivered within:

  • Preview delivery: within 5 business days after the session.

  • Once the final images from the session have been selected, the edited gallery will be delivered within 7 business days via a Pic-Time download link.
