Digital Products

• All digital images will be delivered electronically:
  Images will be delivered within:
  Preview delivery: within 5 business days after the session.

• Once the final images from the session have been selected, the edited gallery will be delivered within 7 business days via a Pic-Time download link.

No physical shipping is required for digital products.

Physical Products (if applicable)

For printed photos or framed products:

• Processing time: the same as digital products

• Shipping time: 7 business days / depends on location

• Shipping cost: Free shipping

We currently ship via Canada mailing

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
