Refund policy

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel their session with at least 48h notice.

If the client has paid the full session amount and chooses to cancel the booking, a partial refund may be issued depending on the notice provided prior to the session date.

Cancellations made 48h or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund of 80% of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable, as the reserved time and preparation for the session have already been allocated.

Any non-refundable reservation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed one time.

A new deposit is not required

No-Shows

Failure to attend the session will result in loss of all payments.
All payments will not be refundable.
