Frequently Asked Questions

What is the ideal age for a newborn session?

Our Newborn at Home session is perfect for babies between 5 and 15 days old. We come to your home so your baby stays comfortable in a familiar environment, and we work entirely at their pace.
What should I prepare before the session?

Not much, that's the idea. For home sessions, we just ask that the space has natural light and is at a comfortable temperature for your baby. For studio sessions, we take care of props, outfits, and setup. We'll send you a full preparation guide after booking.
How long does each session last?

Newborn sessions last up to 2 hours.
The duration may vary depending on your baby’s needs (feeding, diaper changes, soothing, etc.).
Where does the sessions take place?

You can choose between:

  • Studio session: 283 Milestone Crest Aurora Ontario L4G 3M2
  • At-home session: At your residence
  • On-location session: Outdoor or selected venue
How do I receive my photos?

After your session, you'll receive access to a private online gallery where you can choose your favorite images. Delivery time is typically 2 to 3 weeks, or sooner with priority editing.
Can I add more photos or products afterwards?

Absolutely. Additional edited images, full gallery purchases, prints, and albums are all available as add-ons after your session.
Are Christmas mini experience sessions available all year?

The Christmas Mini Experience is a seasonal session available only between September and December, with very limited spots each year. We recommend booking early as they sell out quickly.
Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
  • Rescheduling: Allowed once, with at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit is not transferred.
  • Cancellation: Allowed with at least 5 days' notice, but the deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation requested within 5 days of the booking date will incur an additional $100 charge.
